Something real?

After every fucked up situation that's happened, I feel as if I don't expect as much as I used to. I've simply stopped caring about how I feel and how much I've been hurt.

I have every right to be mad at you, but I choose not to. I leave you alone, but that's not because I'm being bitter. I need time away from you, but apparently you don't need any because you're so great at pretending that nothing happened. I know I hurt you and this isn't some 'pity me' b.s. But tell me, how can you be such a true person then turn out to have no heart?

Where'd all the genuine people go? Don't hide your true identity with a facade. Who are you trying to fool?

Short day

I finally got my (provisional) license today. It didn't take much effort to convince my dad in letting me stay home instead of going back to school. I felt too tired and I didn't do any studying over the weekend. It gave me time to catch up on things.

Rant-of-the-day:
- Economics sucks right now. I seriously don't understand the complicating process of achieving economic stability.
- Apparently I have an AP exam on Wednesday.
- I have no quiet time or space in this household. Fuck.

No sleep

After sleeping for 4 hours at the hotel and getting home, I longed to sleep on my bed. However, my family had plans to go around the island and I didn't have the chance to get a good rest. Other than being really fatigue and hash-looking, I had a lot of fun. I enjoyed eating the most though. Haha.

I must say that I had a really great time at prom. The dj was great, picture lines weren't that long, and I had fun dancing with everyone. I'm pretty sad that this is my last prom, but there's still Damien prom. One more to go!

Hard work pays off

Today was the National Honor Society induction and my parents actually came. I guess all the sleepless, vulnerable nights eventually paid off. It peeels berrry goood. Speaking of feeling really good, nothing seems to phase me lately. I love it.

Family outing

My day started off in the afternoon, due to my late hours of sleeping. Hm, then my mom decided to go to Waianae for a family outing since we used to live there when I was younger. It was pretty fun. We went to Pokai Bay for fun and it was really cold. School tomorrow. Ugh.

Be Z

I was really tired today, driving my mom and brother around to pick up food for our Welcome Party at my house. Went to the "Red Carpet Affair" with the juniors at their prom to be their paparazzi. Then I went home to lots of Filipino relatives and re-united with my favorite cousins and grind on delicious filipino food. Mmm.

Mcflurry

Palolo Valley for the first time. Starbucks. Panda bowls. Ill Hill performance. Intense crave for an oreo McFlurry. Truck bed convos. Zzzleepy. 2AM.

Tired of school-work

I'm seriously getting really lazy and doing a half-ass job on almost everything. It's weird because I'm not even working hard and I get really tired. Aghh, I'm totally dreading school-work but I don't want high school to end yet.

Well, after school we got our cap and gown along with other graduation things. Graduation coming soon doesn't even feel real, it hasn't hit me yet. Nothing really hits me until when it actually happens or after it. Haha.

Ah faak, I'm growing up.

EAST ERR

Went to Mass. Got bored at the Easter egg hunt. Ate really good fried chicken. Took a hella long nap. Went to Terence's party. Got a really shitty "come home now" call. No school tomorrow. Time to procrastinate.

Hm.

- You're the strongest person I know. I know you love us and I know that everything you sacrifice is for our benefit. I just hate how you're so self-less and hard on yourself. I'm not doubting you. Please, just stop. Think about the people you're hurting. I wish it was so easy to tell you this.

On a lighter note, it was a good night. I love these bitches.

Angelo Pietro

After looking for prom shoes, accessories and make-up, we decided to dine at Angelo Pietro's Italian Restaurant. We've never eaten there before and I'm glad my friends like trying different types of food because our dinner turned out really good. Thinking about it right now is making me really hungry.



We ended the night with spontaneously going to Tantalus because it was Casey, Kathleen, and Genelle's first time up there. That's probably the best picture I've taken (so far) of the view while at the top. But of course, the picture wouldn't be as great as actually seeing the view. I love my camera (and my girls).

Kumusta?

Ever since my family from the Philippines arrived, I've been trying my best in communicating with them in English. However, it's really hard when they don't understand what you're saying and just smile. It's really cute when they try their best to say it in English though. My cousins and I have made an exchange in teaching each other different languages. They're going to enhance my Tagalog and Ilocano speaking skills and I'm teaching them English.

Having them in my house makes every day interesting. I love having them around because I don't feel lonely anymore. There's always little kids running around or screaming. It gets a little annoying sometimes, but I'll get used to it.

Mini musubi

During a Domestic Violence presentation we had for our theology class this morning, Casey and Janelle show me the cutest musubi. Mrs. Girard's homeroom got these cute little "finger-made" musubis that were made by her husband, who is a chef. I wish I was in her homeroom so I could get food all the time. My homeroom is boring, no offense to Mrs. Kula.

Hm, so I cleaned my room and washed my bed sheets so now my room smells like laundry. I love the smell of laundry. Mmmm. P.I. comes to HI tomorrow. Let's see how that goes.

Gosh, I can't wait for prom and graduation already.

School has been really chill lately and I love having extra time.

This is kind of an awkward thing to be excited about, but I really want to clean my room. Maybe it's because I enjoy going through my stuff and organizing, while looking back at other things. Hokay, I'm off.

Lately

I've been feeling really excited. I guess because with prom season going on and graduation coming soon, there's so many things to be excited about. School isn't stressing me out as much anymore, I guess because I don't really care.

My parents have been really lenient with everything too. They let me go out on school nights (not for a long time though) and stay out late. I guess that's their way of learning how to treat me now that I'm growing up. It's not like I take advantage of it though.

The house has been way too clean to be really be my house. My family (11 people) from the Philippines are coming to Hawaii on Thursday and they'll be living with us until they settle and stuff. So my house will officially be a true Filipino house. I hope my younger cousins aren't naughty because that's going to be really irritating. I don't like kids sometimes. Haha.

Can't wait for the 4-day weekend!

Lil Wayne Concert

Picture quality sucks because I couldn't bring my camera. That was totally a lie becase I saw some girl sitting behind me with her DSLR. Ugh, whatever. So I was left with my ghetto point and shoot Cybershot.

Let's just say I had a really fun time, even if I'm not like a hardcore gangster. Haha. Kanye West and Keri Hilson performed "Knock You Down." DRIZZY DRAKE WAS THERE! And he's hawwwt. I think it was totally worth it, especially since my favorite people performed!
