Exemptions

The past two weeks of returning back to school have been really stressful. College, last minute tests, and exams have been seriously clogging my brain. Sometimes I feel like laughing when I'm stressed out because I feel crazy working so hard. But working hard is rewarding so I can't argue with that. Can't wait for the weekend, which starts early for me because I don't have to go to school on Friday. I'm exempted from my Physiology and English exams. Whoooo! Today I had my Pre-Calculus exam which was gay. I'm more of a science and english type of person anyway. Anyway, I got home really early thanks to my seminar class that doesn't require an exam. Two more exams tomorrow and my weekend officially starts!

My mom and I are going shopping tomorrow for our outfits on Saturday. The weekend is going to be exciting and full of events so I feel like this is a reward from being stressed out. My mom's fun to go shopping with anyway because she buys anything that I want. That sounded really spoiled-ish, but it's not like I spend a huge amount of money on unneccessary items. I'm a bargain hunter and I love it. And I love my mom as well. I forgot to tell her that I ended early today so she thought I ditched school when I called her on the house phone.

On the other hand, my dad is out buying korean food for us because he said, "I'll buy you korean food." Then he asks to borrow my money. Hahaha, so lame. I think I need a job. Wait, I don't think. I NEED A JOB. I can't live off my Christmas money which will eventually disappear in a month or so, especially since I volunteered to give most of it for college. Life is full of many sacrifices.

I'm growing up. Turning 18 sounds great and depressing at the same time. Great in the sense that you're allowed to go clubbing, Susie's (where I don't think I would want/need to go), and that you're considered an adult. So it's bad in the sense where you can get arrested, you're an "adult" not teenager, and you feel old. Casey and I were talking about it on Monday (two days after her 18th birthday) when I told her she was going through "mid-teen" crisis. Haha.

At times where life seems to be passing so quickly, I need an Edward Cullen to bite me so that I can be 17 forever!

Here's a recap on Casey's 18th Birthday on Saturday, January 10th. It was at the Oceanarium in the Pacific Beach Hotel.

:)

And yes, I cut my hair two weeks ago.
